When dealing with family death and loss and then the probate, you are generally not yourself and therefore from the initial call to book in a consultation to the granting the probate, this company excelled in all parts and especially putting you at ease and working with you through a difficult period, with professionalism and understanding in what I was thinking would be a long drawn out affair. The communication, the service was excellent for every step of the process and when Probate was submitted on the 6th January, I was not expecting to have it granted in 10 days!! So thank you Mike and the whole team.

We first used Wadsworths solicitors back in 2000 to write a will, excellant service with explanations along the way. We have since used them in 2013 and most recently in 2024 to bring our will up to date and put in place the power of attorney, even though we have moved from Birmingham to Cornwall , there was no problems encountered, a very obliging company making sure all needs are met and fully explained .
