I found the agent dealing with the house sale to be very well informed of the process and very efficient. Long delays were experienced with land registry (6 months) due to selling an older unregistered property. This was not the fault of anyone at the practice, and the matter was followed up with land registry at regular intervals to see how things were progressing. Once land registry had been completed, the sale was through in around 10 weeks. I found the ability to sign documents online very helpful as I do not live close to the office. All in all, a very efficient and effective service
