The firm was good, it handled the sale but due to the complexity of the leasehold, there was a few items that weren’t clear. Kayleigh and her team did her best to get the purchase over the line, at a reasonable price. More regular updates would have improved the experience.

Kayleigh managed my house move extremely well, in constant communication and met the deadline agreed weeks in advance. She was always quick to respond to e-mails and handled everything very professionally.

buying a new house if always going to be overwhelming and having a bad experience with another company left us feeling under stress and worried about the future, Kayleigh took over and came through for us, she was approachable and very professional within her work.
