Commercial Lease Negotiations: (Gareth White & Pippa Tanner-Wood)
My review is centred around the following two solicitors: Pippa Tanner-Wood(Commercial Property) and Gareth White(Disputes and Litigation).Due to the considerable length, nature, and complexity of my case,I won't concentrate on the various aspects of it other than to state that the case involved a number of legal areas-including liquidation,administration, a possible court case, and commercial lease negotiations with more than one party.The work carried out by both Pippa Tanner-Wood and Gareth White was exceptional.Overall, this case lasted approximately two years and the professionalism and expertise displayed by both solicitors throughout was excellent(Gareth was involved for approximately a year and a half).For myself also,it was incredibly important to me that they both handled my case displaying genuine care for the cause,which in turn gave me a great deal of confidence and belief as the case progressed.Both Pippa and Gareth were very accessible and pleasant throughout and,when it was required,they ensured that their colleagues in their respective departments were on hand to deal with any pressing issues.At such times,their colleagues were readily available and also very efficient with a pleasant manner.During the duration of my case,I visited the Wolferstans headquarters at North Hill,Plymouth on numerous occasions for meetings etc and I was always made very welcome by Wolferstans staff.Pippa and Gareth were superb throughout my case and by handling it in the professional, caring and friendly manner in which they both did,it took a great deal of pressure off myself,as well as creating a mindset for me that they were handling the case in such a way that I was confident that we were always heading in the right direction in order to achieve a successful conclusion, which of course we did.Summerising,then,I would like to point out that for me,this case represented an important stage in my business life, and a successful outcome was very important.This was a lengthy case involving numerous complicated aspects in relation to the title of this review.I am,therefore,forever grateful to Pippa and Gareth for the incredible amount of excellent work that they both put in,along with their continuous guidance and advice, which in turn led to us reaching a successful conclusion.It was a superb effort by them both and,as previously mentioned,at all times they always worked with me in a very professional,caring and friendly way. I can personally highly recommend both of them to anyone who reads this review. Also, I certainly value and recommend my whole experience with Wolferstans.
