There was an initial (doubtless Covid-related) request that my ID documentation should be verified by an external solicitor but, once that was withdrawn, staff were accommodating about allowing access to the office for me to drop off documentation. Legal matters were dealt with efficiently and expertly by a senior solicitor. I was kept up to date about progress and developments and all deadlines were met. This was a a breath of fresh air after a previous experience with a different firm in relation to a conveyancing transaction, when I had to pursue updates at every stage and invariably spoke to someone different, junior and clueless.

James was highly professional and knowledgeable. I've no hesitation in recommending him or the firm.

i went to Barcan & Kirby at the last minute after speaking with a friend who had used them. i was very last minute and gave James no time to prepare at all. He got straight on to the problem and resolved this to my satisfaction.
