Having used Gilson Gray for our previous sale & purchase when we were selling again was only natural to go back to them as they were great first time around. We did not have a straightforward sale like the last time, unfortunately the sale fell through 3 times (all due to purchasers issues - AML requirements / redundancy / mortgage rates) but thankfully 4th time lucky and we completed yesterday.

Every person at Gilson Gray - Graeme, Kelly, Jenny, Megan, Rebecca and of course our great solicitor Jennifer were absolutely brilliant - when things fell through the team were on it right away and pushed the social media side of the marketing and scheduled viewings around our busy schedule with ease. We we never not long on the market before we were back under offer!

Jennifer our solicitor was brilliant, she was as disappointed as us when the sales fell through but guided us through the process with ease and kept us well informed.

Would use these guys again in a heartbeat, they are all so friendly, it feels like you are dealing with your friends or family not a law firm!

Above and beyond

Rowan Quinn was an absolute professional to the highest degree and went above and beyond in order to meet settlement on the day we were hoping for and kept on track even when other things out of her control were not going as smoothly as they maybe should. She made sure that when the mortgage offer eventually came through, settlement was only a matter of days after and on the day we aimed for from the start even though, at some points, it looked as though that would never be possible. Our thanks go to her and the rest of the team involved.

Deborah Bonner has been an absolute angel in disguise! From start to finish, she has been nothing short of excellent. Her professionalism mixed with natural kindness has allowed us to have many back and forth conversations that just flowed perfectly.
