Anisha Tiwari joined Mills Chody LLP in 2021 and worked as a paralegal for three years before qualifying in June 2024. Initially working in residential conveyancing, she later joined our litigation department gaining experience in property and commercial litigation. Anisha deals with both residential and commercial lease extensions, evictions and other areas of landlord and tenant ligation, acting for both landlords and tenants. She also has experience of dealing with debt collection and partnership disputes, as well as a range of enforcement methods. She is continually expanding her knowledge and expertise in many areas of litigation and dispute resolution.
