Successful Sale
I have used Dundas Law previously so naturally I used them for my recent house sale. This sale fell through a few times and took 18 months just for the legal side of things to completer. Dundas Law were super efficient and on top of all aspects of the process and all delays were outside of their control. I would recommend them wholeheartedly for conveyancing.

Amazing team!
Kerry and her team were amazing from the start to finish, the communication was great and we were constantly being given all appropriate updates. My partner and I are first time buyers and when doing research, we saw a lot of people saying to ‘chase their solicitors’, I found that we did not need to chase with Kerry and her team at all and they did everything so quickly!

Weston Lodge / Bentley Close
Very efficient. Clear advice and direction - felt like you were in safe pair on hands. Really pushed at the end for exchange and completion.
Minor comment - it would have been good to have weekly update especially during the lull in the middle.
Would definitely recommend to others.

House sale
Kerry and the team did an absolutely great job. Shame the other solicitors were soo lax.
We have used Kerry before, along with our son, who has used her for a few but yo lets.
Would use her again, WITHOUT a doubt.
