Responsive and helpful
I was recommended Kenny Solicitors as I was having problems getting in contact with the solicitor I was using for the sale of a flat. They were so helpful, really friendly and answered all my questions quickly and effectively. They really stood out as giving exceptional service.

Efficient, helpful, went the extra mile, job done, no messing about
Kenny Solicitors dealt with the sale of our flat in Chichester. Specifically Simone Thompson was the solicitor, assisted by Lisa Pinhorn. They were both friendly, helpful and efficient. The sale was a bit tricky in parts and we were grateful for their expertise in getting the job done with minimal stress to us. We considered their fee quite reasonable. We would recommend them without reservation (particularly Simone Thompson) and would use them again should the need arise.

Brilliant service for house purchase
From the beginning of the process, Simone & Lisa were extremely responsive. The initial paperwork was very informative and easy to understand. The process was so efficient, we couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you both.

Sold my house at auction
I was very pleased with the service from Kenny's. They prepared the legal pack before the auction and were able to complete the sale in the 4-week deadline that was required for a very reasonable fixed fee. The process for me was very easy with great communication from Lisa (who works with Simone) throughout. I'd highly recommend them.

House Move
The ladies at Kenny Solicitors were from the very start to the completion efficient, approachable, professional and very helpful in dealing with all aspects involved with selling and buying a property.

Outstanding conveyancing on purchase and sale
I have had many experiences with solicitors over the years - some great, some distinctly average, and some woeful. But hand on heart the support that Simone and Lisa at Kenny’s have provided to us over the last few months has been nothing short of outstanding. By far the best firm we have ever engaged with. Simone / Lisa - huge thank you from us for the work you put in to remove the stress and worry from what was, frankly, a very stressful process. Great service
Simone and Nicola guided me through the house buying and selling process in a professional and friendly way. Extremely quick responses to any questions I had and basically were a pleasure to do business with. Personally I would not look anywhere else for future conveyencing work.
