Louise at Bellwether Solicitors was absolutely superb. At a really anxious time, everything was explained fully and she was very understanding. I personally felt she made an effort, for a fair outcome in the settlement. Always replied to any phone calls or emails straight away and I was put at ease immediately. Great service.
