Made the stressful time of moving house seem easy. Everything was dealt with quickly and the legal process was explained in detail. Amanda and her team were always there looking after everything so I didn't have to worry.

Amanda and her team dealt with our property sale and purchase. Our buyers solicitors were very problematic but wake smith managed to get our sale over the line and our purchase was ready for completion very quickly! Would only use Wake Smith moving forward.
