Recovery of misappropriated company funds.
Our company had a misappropriation of funds issue with a former partner within our company. We were allocated HC solicitors Jake Gatley and Oliver Williams earlier this year to our problem. With an estimated claim of £30K plus costs, through Jake’s and Oliver’s good work they successfully recovered £27K plus a significant contribution towards our legal costs without the need to incur the time and expense of issuing court proceedings which I must say is a most excellent outcome for us.
If our company are in a position to require legal advice or action any time in the future we will definitely be using Herrington Carmichael Solicitors again.
