Third time using BLJ
Efficient and very easy to communicate with - the app makes the process so much easier and less stress inducing. Sam was always reachable via the app or email and we always received a response the same day. Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service
Everything was handled promptly and professionally, and despite my initial reservations about everything being done through an app it actually worked very well. I'd like to thank Sam and everyone who worked on my file for making it all as stress free as possible.

House purchase
This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Bell Lamb and Joynson So this should say it all
But I have to add the service I have had from Bell Lamb and Joynson as been fabulous each purchase as run smoothly the staff have been really friendly professional and happy to help. But this last purchase especially as it was Sam who informed me of the change in stamp duty changes and managed to complete in my completion in hours I couldn’t ask for a better service 10 out 10 from me

Fantastic solicitors, would highly recommend.
Sam and Ellie have been fantastic and the whole process from start to finish couldn’t have gone any smoother. Always promptly getting back to us if we had any questions and always reassured us keeping our mind at ease as we all know it can be quite stressful process. FTB house purchase
Ellie and Sam were amazing through the whole process of helping me to purchase my first home. It was not nearly as stressful as I had expected! The use of the app is great for communication and updates. I would thoroughly recommend BLJ, especially Ellie and Sam for any conveyancing needs.

Simple and straightforward process
Although we never met, this team are very professional and keep things simple. From day one it was possible to review the process of the sale of Mum’s property.

Some complications but easily and well dealt with
