First time buyer
I had quite a good experience with Dundas Law, they were always very responsive both by phone and email for any query or follow up question or confirmations. They always kept me up to date with the status of the house purchasing process and what is required at each step.

100% recommend these legends of solicitors
From day one the solicitors have been very quick with responses, very honest with their recommendations. They got the paperwork back within days. Any questions they were happy to answer. The whole process from putting an offer in to my house and getting the keys only took 2 months and this couldn’t have happened without Dundas Law. selling a property
Dundas Law dealt with the sale on my property a the most professional manner, calls and emails were also answered very promptly and with clarity. Patient and professional.
Having a long protracted sale of my property, 16 weeks, due to the buyers, not my solicitors, I think they certainly earned their due. They were patient during the many changes made by the buyers, and also with myself when I wasn't very sure of what I was doing. Even at the final hurdle when I was getting frustrated with the delays Emma particularly kept a professional head. Gold stars all round.

1st time buyer
I was recommended Dundas law by my estate agent. I knew nothing about buying a house and the processes that go with buying one.after a little miscommunication at the start everything went fine.we did most of the communication through email and my solicitor Emma was very good.she explained everything clearly and was happy to answer any questions and sort any problems that arose very quickly.i have now moved into my house and would have no hesitation in recommending Emma and Dundas law to anybody in the future
