1st time buyer
I was recommended Dundas law by my estate agent. I knew nothing about buying a house and the processes that go with buying one.after a little miscommunication at the start everything went fine.we did most of the communication through email and my solicitor Emma was very good.she explained everything clearly and was happy to answer any questions and sort any problems that arose very quickly.i have now moved into my house and would have no hesitation in recommending Emma and Dundas law to anybody in the future

Excellent conveyance solicitors
We used Dundas Law twice in 18 months- initially to help us buy our first house and then to sell it when moving to Scotland for work. Emma and Kerry were very attentive, thorough, communicative and easy to approach. They made both processes straightforward and relatively stress free. The fees were competitive and transparent- would 100% recommend to others in Newcastle and beyond!

House sale
Kerry and the team did an absolutely great job. Shame the other solicitors were soo lax.
We have used Kerry before, along with our son, who has used her for a few but yo lets.
Would use her again, WITHOUT a doubt.
