Usitha joined Signature Law as a Conveyancing Paralegal in April 2025. He is a qualified Lawyer (Attorney-at-Law) in Sri Lanka and holds an LLB from Staffordshire University, with a strong background in conveyancing and probate matters. With a keen interest in UK property law, Usitha is currently pursuing the route to becoming a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. His international legal experience, coupled with his commitment to continuous professional development, allows him to deliver a well-rounded and insightful approach to each transaction. In addition to his legal qualifications, Usitha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA), which enhances his capabilities in client care, communication, and legal practice management. Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, Usitha is committed to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient property transaction process for every client. Usitha also speaks Singhalese making the process even easier for those clients that require matters explained to them in their native language.
