Sale and purchase with a 7 month break!
Brilliant service, we had a 7month rental break in between so could have been a much more stressful experience but Joni made sure we were informed and in control at every step. It’s the 3rd time we’ve used Eliot Mather and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Prompt, Professional, Precise and Accessible
Joni and the Team handled our Sale and then, two months later, our Purchase. We can honestly say that in all of our many house moves, Joni and the Team provided by far the best service. We always felt that our best interests were being taken care of whilst being provided with very clear details including, actions taken, the risks to us, likely time scales and possible options. We were impressed with the prompt responses to our communications and regular updates. All of the Team were always very approachable, friendly and proactive. Another great experience
We have used Elliott Mathers before and each time, they keep us updated, offer the right advice and keep the transaction on track. I wouldn't use another firm now and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from a very efficient team
We have used Joni for 3 house moves now and she has dealt with both sale and purchase each time.
The price is always very competitive, the service is second to none and all the stress is taken away for us.
The communication between her team and ourselves is excellent. We are always kept informed of what progress is being made and without her, we definitely wouldn’t have had as much knowledge on our case. We felt informed and in control at all times.
She and her team are professional, conscientious, caring, efficient, knowledgeable, approachable, easy to understand, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
During our latest move, we even had other estate agents in the chain also commenting on just how good she has been.
We’re so pleased we have had the opportunity to have Joni and her team work with us again, and we definitely have no reservations in recommending. You won’t be disappointed.

First class service!!
I instructed Elliot Mather for a sale and purchace. Joni was an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from instruction to completion, I was kept fully in the loop with progress on my file. Responses to me and other solicitors in the chain were super efficient. Searches and enquiries were raised very quickly upon instruction. I purchased an older property, for which the deeds were very old and confusing - Joni guided me through any potential issues and explained very clearly. Would highly reccomend and I will not use anyone else in the future!
