Ash has more than seven years of post-qualification experience of advising clients in a wide range of family law matters as well as of conducting litigation and representing clients at the Family Court. Ash became a Higher Court Advocate rather early in his legal career; a feat achieved within 3 years of qualifying as a Solicitor. As of November 2022, Ash was granted an Associate Membership of 3 Bolt Court; a Barrister’s Chambers. Through 3 Bolt Court, he is regularly instructed by other Solicitor firms to represent their clients at the Family Court. As an Advocate, he is now looking to build upon his litigation experience by acting as a “one stop shop” for clients; providing them with a “package deal” covering initial advice, conducting litigation (case file management) and exercising rights of audience (court representation) if required. In his spare time, Ash is a dedicated Saturday league cricketer who prides himself on having had the privilege to once represent Worcestershire County Cricket Club at the U17 level; be it as a “one game wonder”!
