Samantha began her legal career in 2007 as an office junior before progressing to secretary and then legal assistant. Over the years she focused on specialising in residential conveyancing. Samantha has continued to work in conveyancing and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in April 2024 although she has been solely responsible for running files since 2020. Throughout her career, she has supported numerous clients across property transactions, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to client service. Samantha is known for her thorough approach, ensuring all aspects of conveyancing are handled efficiently and effectively. Her ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly makes her a valued member of the conveyancing team. Samantha joined MBH in February 2025. She works within our busy conveyancing team dealing with all residential conveyancing matters. Samantha has worked on approximately 300 cases per year since qualifying. Samantha is supervised by Senior Partner, Caroline Rooks. Out of work Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.

About Samantha Marandi

Amazing service!
Sold and bought our house with MBH and this is our second time of using them! The service was amazing! No question felt silly and the information was clear and easy to understand. Every time we rang or emailed, we would have a reply within hours - amazing! Samantha was truly fantastic! She always had time to speak to us and she made the process so easy! We would highly recommend MBH.

Exceptional service
MBH Solicitors cannot be faulted. My house sale was complete in less than 8 weeks. They were very competent and quick, this I think is down to their team work. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again without thinking.

Excellent friendly service
The property I was selling was not straightforward, and some issues arose along the way, which were caused by the buyer. Samantha was always calm, thoughtful, and confident about how to progress. She made a rather lengthy and stressful transaction as smooth and efficient as possible. She was always prompt and responsive with helpful suggestions and support, including liaising with the buyer and the Estate Agents as required. I'm very happy to recommend her very highly.

Brilliant
Samantha was great. As first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect but Samantha kept us updated throughout the process.Very efficient and clear communication. Superstar Samantha!

House Move
We have recently moved house in formby. I used MBH as I have previously had positive involvement with them before. Samantha was our agent and she has been fantastic every step of the day, she has gone above and beyond and when a few issues arose close to completion she has been dealt with these problems and been responding to emails until 9pm at times. Definitely gone above and beyond to ensure completion. I would highly recommend MBH and certainly Samantha as an agent.
