Adele is an Equity Director with the firm, as well as Head of the Residential Property Department and our Pickering office. She has worked in conveyancing and practiced property law for over 25 years and joined our firm in July 2017, having relocated to North Yorkshire from County Durham to be closer to family. She supervises the Residential Property department and helps to mentor our trainee solicitors and paralegals, whilst also managing her own caseload of a variety of matters. Adele specialises in leasehold property and complex title matters but deals with the whole spectrum of residential land and property law. Sale of a house
I have used Adele and her team a few times now for various house purchase and sales. She and her team, Hannah and Lynnette have been fabulous each time. I don’t need to chase them at all as I know I can safely leave them to it. They are super helpful, friendly and approachable and tenacious at getting the job done. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, indeed I recommend them to everyone I know!

Excellent service throughout and will use again
Excellent service from Adele and Lynette, as they combined a mixture of modern tracking technology and old fashioned customer communication.
Experience shone through as they dealt with a Probate, Leasehold, Over 55's flat sale seamlessly getting completion through in a timely and efficient way.

On the ball, proactive and excellent communication.
Adele and her team handled our sale and purchase flawlessly and dealt with the whole process in an efficient, friendly and timely manner. In particular they were proactive in dealing with what might have become a delayed sale exchange.

First class service
Crombie Wilkinson recently managed the sale of my property and did so offering a fast, professional, courteous and completely customer-focused service. They were always available on the 'phone and replied 'super fast' to all my emails and enquiries. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there when I needed them, despite long delays with my sale. Adele and Lynette really looked after me - I cannot recommend them highly enough. My estate agents were also very impressed!

House sale
Hannah whitehead and team couldn't have been any better in all aspects of the sale of my late mothers property, extremely thoughtful and understanding of our situation. Always kept us updated by phone or email. Would always call on them for any other business.

Probate sale of house
Adele and her team were brilliant, through what was a very stressful time. Selling my fathers flat, which I was Co owner, was a long difficult process. She was always calm, professional, helpful and kind.

The sales team, did a good job in keeping me informed and making sure that the conveyancing went along as smoothly as possible.
A minor criticism would be the online processing system which is one dimensional and allows very little flexibility, which at times is frustrating.

Painless transaction
Despite warnings of the vagaries of house buyers experiences of drawn out and long-winded purchases of their dream house,we plunged with a timeline which the team made laughing stock of!
