Great solicitors to deal with

I was really happy with my solicitor, Jeanette Frangou, she gave me good advice and it was a pleasure talking to her. Jeanette's assistant, Donna Fairhead, was also really helpful and very patient, especially with all the questions, queries and paperwork that had to be sorted out. My sale fell through but they continued to be helpful and kind. I recommend this company 100 per cent.

We could not fault Lamb Brooks for their performance and commitment to get our house move over the line so quickly. We had what some might say is unrealistic expectations to get in before Christmas, but the work from Janine and Donna meant that this was made possible. They kept things moving and us informed, while doing an incredible level of due diligence. We would recommend anyone buying a home, to use Lamb Brooks.

Donna and Janine at Lamb Brooks were fantastic for my first-time property purchase. They sorted out all of the legal paperwork, were very timely with contact at all the key stages of the process, and dealt effectively with any complications which arose.

All of the staff I spoke to at the firm were professional, friendly and accomodating, which made the experience pleasant. It can be quite a daunting process so it was fantastic to know everything was being handled correctly.

Unsurprising that they are so well-reviewed and highly regarded, it was a very painless and straightforward process. Will certainly be using them again for any other legal matters in the future.
