As a first time buyer I was overwhelmed with the whole process but Emily made everything clear, very attentive and I could contact her anytime which made everything so easy and put me at ease and she always got back to me I would not hesitate to go back to Emily at DTM Legal if I needed a solicitor again. Highly Recommend!!!
As first time buyers, its always daunting to know what to do when and how all the house buying processes work. Emily was there with us throughout the whole process, supporting us on getting answers, super clear communication & prompt responses!

Selling and purchasing a property
I cannot recommend Emily Venables highly enough! Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and always accessible. No matter how busy she was, she always picked up the phone or promptly called back, ensuring I never felt out of the loop. She consistently went above and beyond by chasing the other parties and ensuring everything stayed on track.
