I can recommended this company in 1000%, they keep my case with Caredig (previously Family Housing), I win the case, FH made complete renovation my bathroom inside and outside. Very good contact and dialog between me and Abigail Watkins & John Dry ( on What's up). I have a question from them about progressing work, I send pictures about how the work is going. I am very happy with the service provided, quick easy and no stress.
The person who was in charge of my case, John Dry, was very helpful and made sure everything was okay and relayed it all quickly with effective communication.
I am glad to say my case was approved and I am receiving compensation which is much appreciated of course. My place will be fully repaired and negotiations with the council went amazingly.
