It was a pleasure dealing with Alison. I feel very lucky as Alison answered all queries both from me and my buyers solicitor very promptly. She was always ensuring that we were up to date and there were never any actions outstanding. I felt at ease as knew that Alison had my interests at heart. She explained everything clearly to me and was polite and professional at all times. When I have relayed to friends how she has helped me they have all been amazed. A conveyancer with impressive service
I went into 7 conveyancers' offices and each one said they would get back to me. Then I dropped into Parfitt Cresswell who immediately gave me a quote and agreed to my short time line. What a difference.
I was told I could phone, email or call in person without making an appointment. How refreshing.
And the service was impressive. I have heard stories about conveyancers but Parfitt Cresswell is in a different league. I highly recommend them.

They handled the sale of part of my garden plus those of three neighbours to developers.
It is a complicated process and very time-consuming, but they handled it well.
The sale completed successfully and everyone is content with the outcome.
