Highly Recommended!
Louise Burgess and Hayley Chase assisted me as I helped my elderly mother sell her house and purchase a flat. Understandably, it was a difficult time for Mum but Louise in particular handled the whole process smoothly and efficiently. She was responsive and communicated in a clear straightforward manner. Likewise, Hayley was very good. I would be happy to work with them again and would certainly recommend their services. I hope this feedback gets back to them and the Ashtons management team.

Louise Burgess
We recently completed the purchase of our first home, using Ashtons Legal through the recommendation of a friend. Thank Heavens for Ashtons
Buying someone out of a house is never easy, and just when we thought we were ready to go, the Land Registry thought otherwise, due to a restrictive covenant. Louise Burgess was the person who never let it go and all has now been resolved. She was professional, warm and supportive. Her team were the same. Ashtons are now my go to.

Excellent service from Louise Burgess
Louise was super efficient and thorough. We felt we were in good hands throughout the whole process. You hear so many stories about “having to chase” solicitors etc. not in this case, Louise was fantastic.

Fantastic service from Louise Burgess
Louise was a great asset in dealing initially with the assent and first registration of our late mothers property and the subsequent sale of the property. Her communication was excellent, keeping us up to date with how things were progressing and explaining the different stages of sale. She was extremely personable and it was a pleasure doing business with her. I would definitely recommend her services to friends and family.

Top service
Louise was really helpful and supportive during the process of me buying my house. While there were some teething problems during the process I felt that Louise was helpful in protecting my interests as well as also raising my concerns/queries with those involved in the move.
I also feel that her experience and knowledge was incredibly helpful for me, as a first time buyer I do not understand all the requirements and everything that I needed to do and also what needed to be done, but Louise was always helpful and could easily be reached whenever I had a query.

Faultless
The whole experience was flawless. Louise was professional throughout but her personal enthusiasm bought a refreshing change and made the experience very easy. Her team were fast precise and efficient at all times . I will be asking Louise to act for me again with several investment properties later in the year . I would have no hesitation in recommending her . As a managing director for last 30 years , I have dealt with many legal representatives and this was as easy and professional as any I can remember.
