An enquiry into registering changes to my mother's shareholding
My enquiry stemmed from a difficulty raised by a company with whom my mother has more than one a shareholding registered in different names and seeking to combine all her certificates. The solution was to draft a Statutory Declaration and submit it with other public documents which was fully and clearly discussed and explained. It will hopefully resolve the issue which has only arisen in one out of 19 shareholdings I have had to analyse and consider for my mother in the last 3 months.
