First class service
Jessie at Capa Law was an amazing. Our sales and purchase of a new house was complicated and stressful but Jessie really helped us achieve our goal and her advice was invaluable. The other ladies in the company were all very friendly and approachable. We would definitely recommend then to friends and family.

Exceptional, intelligent conveyancing from Jessie Sun
I have experience with 10-15 different conveyancers over my lifetime….but Jessie was 500% more seamless, efficient, precise and proactive than any conveyancer I have used before. I can almost say I had become ‘traumatised’ with conveyancers who didn’t know the case contents and let questions go round fruitlessly wasting months of expensive and precious time. Not so with Jessie, she provided sound advice, pre-empted issues, knew the case and where I could and could not provide documentation. I work full time with a demanding job and SO appreciate Jessie’s efficient expertise in delivering the situation to completion in the time I had originally planned with no delay. I will be using her for the remainder of my sales and can thoroughly recommend Capa Law with Jessie at the helm to deliver your transactions successfully.

Can’t recommend Jessie Sun enough - Professional yet Personal - always retuned calls and emails promptly and genuinely worked our behalf during a difficult and challenging purchase - let’s face it all solicitors are expensive but I’m happy to report my money was well spent with Jessie
