Absolutely faultless Conveyancing Solicitors

Efficient, communicative, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Herrington Carmichael handled the conveyancing for my sale and purchase. Their initial welcome pack was very thorough and initially overwhelming, but they were able to explain what was required and as soon as they had all they needed, they got straight to work. Within a very short time they sent a search pack and draft contracts and communicated thoroughly throughout, on both sale and purchase.
