Kearney, I wish to place on record my sincere thanks to you and Austin Blackburn for your professional help, and for keeping me well informed as to the progress. At the time of Margaret’s death it would have been very difficult for me to have undertaken a fuller role as executor. I have previously undertaken the role of executor, and have a pretty good idea of much of what is involved. Throughout the whole process, I have been most impressed with the work you and Austin have carried out.

My sister and I met with Kearney Coffin last week to discuss our late dad's Will. Kearney was extremely nice, polite, considerate and helpful. In addition she made everything as straightforward as she could. My sister and I agreed that we would not hesitate to use Nash and Co again particularly if all their staff are like Kearney and the receptionist who we met upon our arrival.

Originally it was not my choice to use Nash & Co. My mum set them up as executors for her will. She passed away in 2022. I was told by my mum's friend they were the best......and they are. Not having used solicitors much, I didn't know what to expect, and then they sent Kearney Coffin who I have to say is a great asset to them. Calm and comforting without losing her professionalism, helpful and caring, she was amazing when I needed her to be. We had to clear out the things we personally wanted from my mums. This happened on 8th September 2022. We had an horrendous journey to Devon. Our car broke down just off Salisbury plain and my son and I had to get a train to Plymouth, we were running late. Then it started raining, pouring, in fact. We got to my mums and Kearney was patiently waiting (I had warned her we'd be late). There were no electrics so we had to work quickly. A friend brought a van and we began packing. There was a lot to go through, and we were a person down. Kearney stepped up to help, and was traipsing up and down stairs, clipboard in hand carrying bits to help. We finished just about on time but not before she broke the news to us that Queen Elizabeth had died, such a sad time for all.
Since then my interactions with Nash have been mainly by phone and email. I've spoken with Kearney many times, she's always been polite and courteous, but to me I've always felt a little bit more of an affinity with her because she's so approachable unlike other solicitors I've met.
She is a real asset to any company and brings forward a new style of (I won't say soliciting lol) but professionalism in her field, approachability, which can only be a good thing.

Thank you Kearney, for everything and all the best to you going forward.
