On a recommendation I used Rothera Bray Solicitors for both sale of my house and purchase of another Christopher Sweetman and Lisa Rainbow dealt with all aspects of both quickly and efficiently, and as most of it was online,it was reasonably easy to complete The couple of queries I had were answered quickly and not having any previous experience of buying and selling I found the whole process stress free.
