Lease Extension
Lisa conducted proceedings to aquire a lease extension to my requirements. I was given good advice as to my options and kept well informed throughout the process. This took a relatively short period to complete and kept my involvement to a minimum.

Very smooth and professional experience
I contacted E J M LLP solicitors as I had used their services in the past to purchase a property back in 2002, this was when they were based in Rustington village and now reside in Littlehampton. They have always been professional and in my opinion smooth running.
This time in 2024 I needed to sell and purchase another property and this was done with no hiccups along the way, Lisa May who was acting on my behalf communicated any issues etc at all stages of the selling and buying process, she acted very professional and I will certainly be asking for Lisa if in the future I require her services.
