Bronwyn has lived and worked in Somerset since 1994 and qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2009 while she worked for a well-known firm in Burnham-on-Sea. As a specialist property lawyer, Bronwyn joined Berry Redmond Gordon & Penney in May 2017. Bronwyn enjoys using her local knowledge and conveyancing experience to ensure that her clients’ home move goes as smoothly as possible. She seeks to update her clients as much as possible and has an organised and proactive approach to ensure that matters are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Bronwyn has experience in both freehold and leasehold conveyancing, as well as new build, shared ownership, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. She also specialises within the firm for clients requiring an equity release or lifetime mortgage. She prides herself on her returning clients who have enjoyed her friendly yet professional approach.
