I was very disappointed in the length of time the change over took, in addition I was told repeatedly everything that was needed was final only to find 2/3 weeks later another document was still outstanding or needed to be signed. I have to say on a positive note once our solicitor changed the process proceeded with pace and completed with no issues.

14months later and the purchase of our freehold still isn’t complete!! If we had known we wouldn’t have had these do it ! Would have been easier and quicker to do it ourselves! We chose to sell our house and buy a new property with WB after we had a great experience when we bought our first house 5 years ago. Unfortunately the experience was very different. We had poor communication throughout. We constantly had to chase them and were often given unsatisfactory information when we did get through. I would not recommend them.

Our purchase took 4 months, despite being cash buyers and the property we were buying was empty. There were too many people dealing with the purchase, and it seemed that despite that they never spoke to each other.
