Medical Negligence Case No win no fee
I believe from the advice my case could have proceeded to Court.
I chose not to do this rather choosing to close my case which has been diligently dealt with by Claire Bond and her assistant.

Personal Injury - RTA
I was so pleased after 2 years to have a very successful outcome on my personal injury claim. Initial Consultation
I saw the advertisement for an initial 15 minute consultation and could not telephone due to work restrictions. I emailed using the form on the website prior to work and with a few hours, I received a response from Claire Bond.
Claire summarise my issues and provided a very clear reply which answered all points and let me make a decision on how to proceed. It was a rare and excellent experience.

Claire Bond was incredibly helpful
Claire was great. Down to earth, kind, respectful, easy to discuss matters with, and knowledgeable. Her advice was concise and to the point. I spoke to Claire about a personal injury matter and her advice was extremely helpful albeit invaluable. Whilst I didn't go on to make a claim insofar as going through the full legal process of making a claim, her advice told me what I needed to know and a bit more. I am incredibly grateful to Claire for her assistance and advice and wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her.

Great service
I called Churchers for some legal advice about my dispute with a training website. I was helped by Claire Bond who listened carefully then advised me to go to small claims court because of the amount involved. Claire sent me a link to the small claims website there was no change. It was as Great experience.
