4 weeks from instruction to exchange
Even during a time when many agents and solicitors typically warn clients in November that they won't be able to complete before Christmas, I was able to exchange contracts in under four weeks, securing my house purchase with completion set for early January.

Conveyancing of our property
My wife and I would like to highlight the outstanding work that Ellena Balshaw did in the conveyancing of our property. She managed the original sale, when we moved into rental, and then the purchase of our new property.
