First-Class Service — Worth Every Penny
After a difficult property sale fell through with a different solicitor, I turned to MHHP Law, and the difference was night and day. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish — incredibly responsive, proactive with regular updates, and consistently kept me in the loop without any prompting.
One of the standout aspects was how they independently managed all communication with the management company, saving me a lot of stress. A particularly tricky enquiry came up during the process, and they navigated it with pragmatic advice and clear next steps, always maintaining a sense of calm professionalism.
Yes, MHHP Law may be slightly more expensive than some other conveyancing firms, but in my view, it’s a clear case of “you get what you pay for" and I feel they are excellent value for money. Their service was efficient, thorough, and gave me complete peace of mind. I’ll continue to use them in future without hesitation — highly recommended.

Professional, friendly and efficient service.
We have just finally completed on a house sale following probate and would highly recommend both Ruth and Giovanni. As well as being very professional and knowledgeable, they were always quick to respond to any queries and willing to explain any complex issues that came up along the way. Probate & House Sale Legal Representation
Having been introduced to MHHP Law by a friend of my late mothers, initially to draw up a Power of Attorney, I made contact with Ruth following my mother's demise to instruct them to undertake all the legal matters regarding Probate and the legal conveyancing of the house sale. I have found Ruth and Giovanni to be very supportive during this very difficult 8 month period.
They are very prompt to reply to all enquiries either by email or over the phone, from both myself and the Estate agents dealing with the house sale. I highly recommend using MHHP Law and would definitely use them again. I could not fault their support at all, clear pricing, friendly and approachable and knowledgable in their legal advice.

Conveyancing of the sale of a house in North London
Very happy with their performance overall - very pragmatic and practical approach, and coped really well when it became apparent (at the lat minute, virtually - with 7 days to go) that the timescale of the sale needed to be compressed for tax purposes.
