Trainee Solicitor

Catriona is a second year Trainee Solicitor and Notary Public within the Life Impact team at Thompsons Solicitors Scotland. She predominantly works with survivors on cases concerning childhood and domestic abuse, and has experience assisting in pre-litigation claims and litigated cases raised in the National Personal Injury Court and Court of Session. Catriona also has experience dealing with applications to Scotland's Redress Scheme and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, and has represented clients in First-tier Tribunal (CIC) hearings.
