Tristan joined C.E. Transport Law in April 2025 and brings a wealth of expertise in corporate and commercial law. He has worked for leading international companies in logistics, retail and property. This has included being part of the UK executive team of a leading logistics company (Kuehne + Nagel). Having worked in commercial and property roles he has a much broader experience than most lawyers, understands what it is like in frontline management and that businesses need advice which provides simple cost effective solutions. He has experience of all aspects of logistics which includes UK transport and warehousing, international freight forwarding, outsourcing, trade compliance (including within highly regulated industries like pharma and defence), risk management/mitigation, corporate governance and dispute resolution. He has successfully negotiated agreements with household names such as Heineken, Whitbread, Hovis, Aldi, Leonardo, Leidos/MOD. Career highlights include completing the divestment of a £500m turnover business and delivering a £1bn logistics outsourcing deal.
