in the waiting room at Sparlings, I began looking through an information booklet, keen to know why they claim to be a "different kind of law firm". For me, I found the answer in a single paragraph which, in my view, encompasses all the other claims made by Sparlings, namely, "most law firms look and sound the same and many are more interested in their bottom line than your legal needs".
Having instructed solicitors in the past, I have unfortunately found this to be the case. I believe that Sparlings are, indeed, "A different kind of law firm".

Having used Sparlings over many years for a variety of reasons. We were confident that we would receive a first class, professional service.. We were not disappointed. Both our solicitors and conveyancing executive went out of their way to tale all stress out of the procedures. All responses were timely and thorough. All targets set were realistic and met.

I sent 3 letters regarding a number of complains relating to the purchase of a property, but Sparlings failed to reply to me. I had to escalate matter to the Legal Ombudsman so they could sort out the issue although this took 2 1/2 years to resolve.
