Amy and her trainee, Charlie, were very welcoming and sympathetic at a difficult time in my life. They guided me through the probate requirements, following my husband's unexpected death, with patience and sympathy. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I always felt that I could ask them anything and that I would receive an honest and fair answer. They were friendly and I felt completely at ease when discussing personal matters with them. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
