I would highly recommend The Employment Solicitor. From the minute I walked through the door, they put me at ease and reassured me.

Simply The Best
After a 40 year career at my employer, I was faced with a hugely stressful and upsetting situation.
I needed professional advice and settled on contacting The Employment Solicitor.
From the very first conversation with Rachel I felt comfortable and relieved that someone was prepared to listen to me, so I could be given the chance to right the many wrongs my employer had committed.
Throughout the whole process Rachel was professional, understanding, so knowledgeable and honest with what was realistically possible in a case like mine.
Rachel is assisted by a wonderful team who were all a pleasure to deal with, always making me feel understood and supported along the way.
A special mention to Alex, who I dealt with often, so professional, helpful and supportive.
Also Jenna who was so understanding and kind.
Rachel got me a result that we were both happy with, so thank you so much for this.
Thankfully my case is over and I’m able to begin a new chapter in my life, but In a way I will miss speaking with all of these wonderful people.

Highly recommend for employment matters
I’m really grateful for the support I received from Rachel and the team. They explained everything clearly, kept me well-informed throughout and acted in my best interests. Professional and caring
At a really difficult time for me personally the legal team were amazing. Offered great advice, cared and were incredibly professional. They have a real knack for making something that might seem legally daunting more understandable, and answered any questions to ensure I was aware and informed in any decisions I made. Highly recommended - Outstanding
I had a problem at work and was not sure how best to come to a solution. I decided to reach out to The Employment Solicitor for an initial consultation. Rachel was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and let me know that she could help. She did indeed. My case was managed very professionally and within a couple of months my issue was resolved. Fantastic, Supportive and Considerate
I was going through a bad situation with my employer, the advice given by the solicitor was great, it enabled and empowered me to take careful decisions that affected my wife and three kids.
Their confidence in my case was reassuring and while you can never be 100% but the results spoke for themselves.
A meaningful sum and a closed door to a bad chapter in my life, this is what the solicitor gave me.
I hope never to need them again but they are definitely my first choice should I need to.

Settlement Agreement
I required a solicitor to look over a mutually agreed settlement which I found quite daunting as having never been through this process before. Rachel and Alex were brilliant in supporting me through this process. They handled it in a timely manner and were very approachable and professional, putting me at ease.

Competent and reassuring
Being laid off is a fairly stressful experience; the competence, professionalism, and friendliness of these guys has made it so that at least the formal aspect of it was a breeze.
