House sale - at a distance.
Having no knowledge of conveyancing solicitors in the Yorkshire area, Harrowells Solicitors were recommended by our Malton (North Yorkshire) estate agent and I would gladly repeat that recommendation. Nicole Dawson of Harrowells did a sterling job: all procedures and correspondence were conducted in a friendly, swift, professional and pleasing manner. Nicole happened to be on leave when an important development arose but this was quickly and efficiently addressed by her professional colleague. Harrowells method of business, proactive stance and working as a team lead to a swift and satisfying conclusion of business.

Highly recommended
We were recommended to Harrowells by our agent and for good reason, they were very efficient. The property we were buying was subject to probate and and we needed a very experienced firm of solicitors. Nicole Dawson did a sterling job navigating a challenging house move with aplomb.

Highly Recommend
We went through our first house purchase with Nicole and it went as smoothly as we think possible.
She kept us fully in the loop and was more than happy to discuss matters, both via email and over the phone.
When it came to documentation and contact with the other party all was done effectively and in a timely manner. With then information communicated back to us in a concise and understandable way.

Excellent service
The service provided was excellent, with prompt and helpful advice and guidance given throughout the sale. Our sale was somewhat protracted, but the good humour and willingness to act proactively in the hope of a swift resolve was greatly appreciated. No hesitation in using again should the need arise.

Major Conveyancing & Sales Project

Excellent experience
Nicole was friendly and easy to contact. She did a very good job when things weren’t always straightforward. Nicole went above and beyond by emailing us on a Sunday to ensure that completion took place on the Monday. We would definitely use her again. Thanks Nicole
