What more can I say, other than the process of selling my home could not have been smoother or more professional. For some reason I was cynically expecting the quoted final solicitor fee cost to be higher than estimated, and yet it came in at either the same amount or (I think) perhaps slightly less. Needless to say I'm breathing a sigh of relief that I did not opt for the two higher quotes that I had received as I cannot imagine what more another solicitor could have done. The estimated 5-month turnaround for our new build sale was right on the money, with onboarding paperwork done with Bromfield in the second week of November and completion happening in the second week of April!
Many thanks to Lauren, Freya and everyone else at Bromfield Legal for taking the stress out of selling our Nuneaton new build with great communication and professionalism shown all the way to completion day. Thank you again!

Very professional
Like most sales now, it takes a while to work through the process and Lauren was very helpful at all stages. If there was little to update then contactics was minimal, which I prefer, however as the sale and final stages were completed the comms increased
I would be happy to use Bromfields and Lauren again
If I had to pick something to improve on I would suggest a more personable approach with a clear dedicated point of contact as soon as possible in the process

Excellent solicitor
Our sale and purchase of properties were handled by Lauren Clay and couldn't have been organised better. Lauren was very thorough and kept up informed throughout the transactions.

Sale and purchase
A long process due to 3 buyers pulling out before the eventual buyer was found. Lauren kept me in touch at all stages with my sale and purchase and would highly recommend
