Amazing & stress free from start to finish
I can't recommend Lauren highly enough. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish during the process of buying our home. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but she made everything feel manageable and under control.
She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also approachable, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. She kept things moving forward, chased up delays before we even had to ask, and always kept us in the loop.

Amazing Experience! Start to Finish Complete in just over 7 weeks!
Our Experience with Lauren @ Davies Blunden & Evans was amazing. She was recommended by a family friend and we were surprised how easy buying a house is with Lauren’s determination to get paperwork across the line and resilience with Estate Agents who were slower than the norm. She kept great communication with ourselves on every update.

The Dream Solicitor
Lauren was incredible, I genuinely could not recommend her highly enough. I put the offer in and within 29 days I had the keys in my hand and was walking through the front door.
Lauren was incredibly efficient and professional, sending all the paperwork through in an easy to understand format. If there was ever any clarification needed, she was on the end of the phone explain everything in as much detail as I needed.
Lauren was also incredibly personable, making a very stressful process so easy and straightforward. From the moment I appointed her, I had full faith that she would deliver everything as needed when needed.

Highly efficient and great communication
Lauren is highly efficient and a great communicator. She is pleasant to deal with and processes paperwork and replies to emails promptly. It’s so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and talk to her! I highly recommend Lauren!
