My dad experience
JMP was a joy to use. Emails were replied to promptly, no question was to small. My first time buying experience was made as easy as could be. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely and even when I asked the same question again Nikkita was patient and understanding.

Happy customer
All went well for sale of property. A few hic-ups along the way but all queries delt with promptly and professionally. We did have additional issues to deal with as our purchase was in Scotland and the different methods did put us on edge. In light of this some additional communication would of been appreciated even when nothing is happening this would keep our nerves at bay.
