Amazing training provider
We recently worked with The Employment Solicitor to provide training for our employees and senior management team. All training courses provided to date by Rachael have been well-structured, engaging and insightful. Rachael is really knowledgeable and experienced and was able to customise training to suit the specific needs of our team.
They provided an inclusive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing their thoughts, ideas, and concerns, which led to open and honest conversations.

How To Be A Great Manager - Bite sized Training
Firstly, I must give 10/10 for this excellent session admirably run yesterday by Rachael Griffiths. In just under 3 hours, we covered a wide spectrum of ideas on what it takes to be a great manager, and let's be honest, that is something we all wish to aspire to. I particularly enjoyed the session on Emotional Quotient, a subject I was vaguely aware of, but now have a much greater understanding of its importance, and the fact that it is something which can always be added to. Lots of break out groups, discussions, self-reflection and of course unlimited tea, coffee and yummy snacks. I fully recommend Employment Solicitor if you are looking for that extra something to take your managerial team to the next level.

Engaging and practical training session
Rachael delivered a brilliant, bitesize training session on 'how to be a good manager', which provided really useful tips, and things to consider from a personal and professional standpoint. I left the session with things I could use immediately to improve my ways of working and engaging with others.
