I am so pleased I and my wife found, and I have been represented and supported by Holborn Adams on a very serious but malicious and false allegation that wrecked our mental health and family relationships even before a charge had been brought.
After the initial engagement with Fay and Andrew we felt our nightmare situation was understood and we felt in safe hands.
Working with Ara since then gave us hope we could get through that awful situation; Ara is knowledgeable, passionate for her work and goes beyond to understand and work with the emotional rollercoaster our life had become through supporting us as people as well as the technicalities of the case and Pre-Charge Representation. Ara was thorough and tireless in putting a pre charge rep together and personally ensured the interactions with the police were respectful but very effective. I am pleased to say all her work payed off in that the police found no further action was required and the action was dropped. Excellent Service
For the first time ever I found myself in a situation where I required legal representation. I started to research Law Firms and found Holborn Adams. When I read about their approach I knew I had to proceed and contacted Holborn Adams immediately.
I initially spoke to Andrew who calmly explained his recommendation which was Pre-Charge representation. From the first time I met the Holborn Adams team I totally understood the process and we discussed, and implemented, my plan. I worked primarily with Ara who was amazing and took the time to understand what happened and, most importantly, to get to know me as a person and my family. Ara could see how this had impacted me and the stress I was under. Ara and the Holborn Adams team went about their business without any fuss and put together my representations, keeping me updated on progress during this time. Eventually after almost 12-months I received a call from Ara to say that the CPS had No Further Actioned my case. I am immensely grateful to the Holborn Adams team during this difficult period of my life and I can now move forward.

Pre-charge stage
So far, throughout the pre-charge stage, my impression of the team couldn't be higher. From my initial call with Andrew I was told very clearly what the process would look like. The assigned team of Ravi, Katie, and Charlotte have got to know me incredibly well and treat me with respect and compassion at all times. Their availability and generosity with their time is impressive and reassuring.
Along the way they have achieved 2 major bail variations which have significantly improved my life.
They advise me as solicitors, and also treat me as a friend. I look toward the eventual outcome of my case, fully satisfied that the whole team work with me in such close quarters that they represent me fully and accurately and hence are able to put forward the most compelling case possible.

Excellent,Empathetic & Professionalism
Our world was turned upside down when our son was accused of a serious offence. We were at a loss and didn’t know where to turn.
It was then we contacted Holborn Adams. The team there was very sympathetic and supportive. We were immediately contacted by Andrew Ford. He guided us through this process along with Ria.
We were assigned Ravi Thatai. I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor to assist in our son’s case. From the outset Ravi provided clear guidance and helped our son through what has been a very stressful and complicated legal situation. He showed us support and compassion and with his deep understanding of the law applied a strategic approach to our son’s case that led to favourable outcome.

Excellence personified
I was accused of historical assault which devastated my life & family.
Andrew Ford and Ravi Thatai were simply fantastic in every possible way, as having never experienced legal issues, they spent a massive amount of time listening, advising, explaining everything to both me and my family, leaving us reassured my case was being sensitivity handled, and left no stone unturned preparing my defence.

I feel so lucky to have found Holborn Adams
I count my lucky stars that I came across Andrew on LinkedIn, and subsequently instructed Holborn Adams to take on my case. My case was highly sensitive and at some times traumatic over an 18 month period; Andrew supported me fully and guided me through every step without any judgement. He was everything you'd want in a lawyer: supportive, understanding, caring and fighting for justice.
