Overcharged for consultation
I was not provided with a written quotation, retainer, or terms of business prior to or during our meeting. The fee of £480.00 was mentioned only during the consultation, which lasted no more than 15 minutes. I received no itemised bill at the time.
Despite sending three emails, visiting the practice today and asking the secretary to call me there has been no communication
