Industrial Accident
I had an accident at a recycling plant where I broke my left arm through inadequate procedures at my workplace. Liddy’s Solicitors represented me through my claim and I couldn’t be more happier about the outcome, I passed on all the details and left them to do their professional work. Constant email correspondence and updates kept me in loop and at the end of the process I had a very satisfactory outcome and was very happy with the fees at the end. Would I recommend this firm, definitely

Claim for Damages
After accident involving a taxi I made a claim for damages through Liddy’s Solicitors. This was the first time I’ve dealt with a solicitor and I was a little apprehensive, no need to have been. I had a meeting with David Harwood who was very thorough going through every aspect of the incident. He thought I had a good chance of winning and took the case on “a no win no fee” basis. David kept me informed all way through the process with regular updates and advice. A final settlement was made to my satisfaction. Thanks to David and the team at Liddys. Hit and run accident cloned vehicle .
Excellent service. The same solicitor throughout. Process was not half as lengthy as I had envisaged. I had heard Liddy's was good someone had used them previously and even though I live hundreds of miles from their offices I went with the one recommendation given. Glad I did.
