Professional and efficient. Great communication. Highly recommended
England & Co were professional, approachable and efficient from start to finish. The communication was great, they were prompt, and our questions and emails were dealt with quickly. The team seemed to be well structured, and they worked well together. There was no mis-communication, either between themselves, or with us, and no errors. The documents were all correct. The phone was answered by a real person, not a machine, which was a real plus for me. I really cannot think of anything that could have been done better. I will use them again, without doubt.

Very quick and fast service, thank you! From initial engagement to completion was just over 8 weeks! Which is amazing! Excellent Knowledgeable Service
Despite our initial sale falling through (due to the buyer withdrawing), we were really pleased with the speed, friendliness and helpful service with which we eventually completed with a second buyer. We would certainly recommend and use England & Co again.

Excellent Knowledge, Courtesy and Service
Despite a late collapse of our initial property sale, the whole process was managed without fuss (except maybe from us!) and at a very reasonable price. Communication to us was great and each stage of the process was executed very promptly and professionally. Would definitely use England & Co again.

Conveyancing of holiday homes
For the past five years, England & Co have been my first choice for conveyancing with firstly purchase of holiday homes and more recently the sale of them due to myself preparing for retirement.
I would not go anywhere else.
