Having previously sought support from Geldards during my divorce, I didn’t hesitate to contact Natalie Hayden-Yeung again when an urgent matter came up. While I had the pleasure of working with Natalie once more, due to workload, Aysha Chouhdary kindly and seamlessly picked things up at short notice—with Natalie still staying close to the progress.
It was reassuring to access qualified and experienced help to guide me through the legal intricacies of what was ultimately a relatively narrow matter. Thanks to their support, we avoided the need to go to court, and the hearing was vacated at short notice. I felt supported and reliably informed throughout.
Natalie and Aysha work in similar, client-focused ways, and I’ve also had positive experiences with Claire Dean and Ranjit Kaur from the wider family team. Marriage closure and finance order.
Geldards were recommended to me and from my initial meeting and instruction I have had excellent service. Great communication, prompt service and always kept me up to date with correspondence and change. Aysha and Kate have been supportive every step of the way and it has been an emotional and difficult time. Matrimonial matters and divorce
Aysha Chouhdary handled my matrimonial matters. Once she came on board she was able to steady the ship and give me alot of re-assurance that all will be fine. At this stage i have lost hope and consigned to the fact that i was going to loose everything. thanks to her i got to keep my house and got a good settlement. i am grateful to her for her help, assistance and support through a very turbulent and difficult time. Trustworthy, efficient and empathetic.
Throughout proceedings of what was a very unique and difficult case, Aysha, Kate and Gweni were second to none with their advice, reassurances and teamwork. Securing the best possible outcome, they worked effectively together and communicated clearly so I understood what was happening throughout,coming up with solutions to every hurdle. Support for Financial Consent Order
The advice I received from Aysha Choudhary was exemplary and the order was dealt with in a matter of weeks. Whilst not complex, there were some challenging aspects to getting the order approved which was successful on account of Ayshas advice and drafting. Her understanding of the emotional toll of this on myself and my family also helped us to navigate the most difficult time of our lives.

Solo Divorcee
I came to Geldards following a recommendation from a good friend to deal with my divorce. I have found them incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, professional in their approach and very strategic.
